New? let’s get Started!
Welcome to Era Pilates! We’re excited to have you experience authentic Classical Pilates with us. Here are answers to a few frequently asked questions before your first visit.
What Is Classical Pilates?
Classical Pilates follows the original system created by Joseph Pilates. At Era Pilates, we teach on traditional apparatus—including the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Chairs, Barrels, and Mat—to provide a complete, whole-body workout.
We are not a reformer-only or trend-based fitness studio. Our instructors are comprehensively certified through programs requiring at least 600 hours of education, observation, practice teaching, and testing. Every session is rooted in the principles, exercises, and full-system approach developed by Joseph Pilates.
