Era Pilates in Indianapolis is proud to serve as an official Host Studio for Real Pilates® NYC, bringing world-class classical education to Indiana. As a Real Pilates® apprentice, you’ll be mentored by Master Instructor Trainers with a direct lineage to Joseph Pilates—based in New York and Indianapolis. This ensures your education reflects the authentic depth, rhythm, and system of Classical Pilates.

Join our Classical Pilates Mat Teacher Training and learn the full system with built-in mentorship and apprenticeship.
Tuition (all Inclusive): $1,600
Unlike most mat trainings, this program goes beyond the seminar—offering continued guidance so you leave confident and ready to teach.
What you will Learn:
The complete Classical Pilates Mat system from beginner through advanced, including:
• Order and progression
• Proper execution and technique
• Teaching skills and cueing
• How to build and progress a client within the system
What’s included:
• Full mat system (beginner through advanced)
• 5 private sessions + 10 group classes
• Ongoing mentorship and hands-on support
Seminar Details:
Hosted through Real Pilates®, with a virtual option at Era Pilates with Mary assisting.
Comprehensive Seminar Dates – Fall 2026 Cycle
Beginner: August 28–30, 2026
Intermediate 1: October 9–11, 2026
Intermediate 2: November 20–22, 2026
Advanced: January 8–10, 2027
Program Requirements
In addition to the seminars, all apprentices must complete a mandatory training package of 60 sessions (approximately two per week over 30 weeks).
These sessions include Privates and Semi-Privates, all of which will be held at Era Pilates in Indianapolis.
Tuition and Payment Options
Primary Trainee Tuition: $5,750 + mandatory training package
Bridge Trainee Tuition: $4,500 + mandatory training package
Mandatory Training Package: $3,100 for 60 sessions over 30 weeks
Tuition is paid in four installments, each due just before its corresponding seminar.
Training packages offer flexible payment options—installments or lump sum based on your preference.

Preserving the Pilates Legacy
In Classical Pilates, lineage matters. It connects today’s instructors to the original teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, preserving the precision, philosophy, and integrity of his method.
After Joseph’s passing, his protégé Romana Kryzanowska carried on his work and later mentored Alycea Ungaro, who now continues that legacy through the Real Pilates® Teacher Training Program.
