Summer outdoor Pilates Mat series! For the month of July, join us at Upland Brewery in Fountain Square. This is a 45-min all-levels Pilates Mat class hosted at Upland Brewery. We will focus on moving the spine in different planes to increase flexibility, strength, control and proper alignment. Class will be a full-body workout focused on increasing flexibility, strength, and stability.

Instructor: Melaine Bernas

This class will be capped at 10 people. Pre-registration is recommended although not required.

1. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of class.
2. Please bring your own mat.
